In maths today we are learning about mathematical investigation. We were given a question how thick is the page of the book.

Get a book and see how many pages are in the book and then measure the thickness of the book and divide it by the amount of pages of the book !!!

The book “Russell the sheep” is 16 pages long and is 4 millimeters in thickness.

I would choose john key because he would represent the country and make us proud and tell every one how great we are.

Olympics writing work

For all Olympic opening and closing ceremonies, the athletes from each country must wear a special uniform. The uniforms change each year. Look at the 3 pictures posted below. They are pictures of the uniforms that our New Zealand Olympic teams wore in 2012, 2008 and 2004. For this activity, you are asked to rank the uniforms from best (#1) to worst (#3). On your blog post your rankings and provide a brief explanation of why you ranked the uniforms in that order.

My favorite is the 2008 because it looks nicer and more representative.

In second is the 2004 because the silver fern looks out of place.

In third is 2014 because it looks like something that you would wear going to the mall and it looks like a business suit

Eddie The Eagle

Eddie the eagle is known for failing and wanting to keep on trying but people just keep on putting him down and saying you cant do this your bad and cant do this. But Eddie the eagle keeps on trying and he fails and fails.

Stuart Farquhar

Stuart Farquhar does athletics and has won 1 silver medal and javelin Farquhar finished 9th in the mens javelin final at the 2012 Summer Olympics with a throw of 80.22 meters.

Handball

The sport is Handball. The aim off Handball is to throw the ball in the goal and get points. Two rules  of two teams that each have seven players including one goalkeeper and your not allowed to drop the ball

Tongariro national park is located in the central North Island and is the oldest national park in New Zealand.

Sky Tower-Located in Auckland New Zealand- It is famous because it is the tallest building in New Zealand there has ever been before

Auckland Zoo-Located in Auckland New Zealand- It is famous because it has most animalsthan any other zoo in New Zealand

Tom And Vinicius

In the episode of Fun for Nature Tom and Vinicius. They had suit cases because they went on a trip. They tried to find a place to sleep and Vinicius found a tree log and he went in it then a bug feel on him then Tom found a tree to lay in then he layed down and then there was a owl next to him then they bumped into a bird house and it broke then they made it as a model and they made there own houses they couldn't get to sleep because it wasn't comfortable enough so they went out and Vinicius slept on a tree branch and tom slept on a wet patch of grass in water that was next to his house
